Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale are a public offer by Andrei Kisser, self-employed individual (Russian Federation), tax ID (INN) 560708245190 ("Seller"), to any individual ("Buyer").

Paying for an order on wwmtools.ru means you accept these terms and a contract is concluded.

A non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the audio plug-in you ordered (the “Plug-in”) in your own personal and commercial music projects, on devices you own.

You may not share the file or download link, resell, publish, decompile or modify the Plug-in.

The license includes free updates for the current version of the product.

Payments are processed by YooKassa (bank cards and the Russian Faster Payments System). The Seller does not receive or store card data.

On the English version of the site the price is shown in US dollars for reference only. The amount actually charged is in Russian rubles and is shown before you pay.

After successful payment, we email a download link to the address you entered at checkout. The link is valid for 7 days and opens on any device; it is also shown on the page after payment.

Please enter a correct email address. If an email does not arrive, contact us and we will send a new link.

Delivery is complete once the link is sent.

The Plug-in ships as a macOS installer (Audio Unit and VST3) and works in compatible DAWs. Current requirements are listed on the product page.

The installer is not signed with an Apple certificate, so macOS may show a warning on first launch. Installation steps are on the product page and in your order email.

Within 14 days of payment you can request a refund if the Plug-in cannot be made to work on your system and support could not fix it. Write to andreikisser@icloud.com from the address used at checkout and describe the problem. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 days of approval.

Otherwise there are no refunds after the Plug-in has been downloaded, since the license has been fully delivered.

The Plug-in is provided “as is”. The Seller is not liable for indirect damages or data loss, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence are not affected.

The Seller may change these terms; a new version applies from publication and does not affect paid orders.
